The new www.musiqueirlande.com Irish music agency website was launched in Paris on Saturday 12-December 2009.  This pilot website will showcase five leading Irish traditional music groups: LUNASA, DERVISH, KARAN CASEY, GUIDEWIRES and TEADA.   In August 2009, the agency announced that it will work with Quimper-based KERNE PRODUCTIONS to jointly promote a roster of top Irish TRAD groups and individual musicians in 2010.  The agency is thrilled to announce these dual developments which point to exciting times ahead for Irish music aficionados in France.

Saint-Patrick’s Day Festival dates announced for www.musiqueirlande.com groups

The agency is pleased to announce that LUNASA have been booked to perform at the prestigious Nuit De La Saint-Patrick spectacle at the Palais Omnisports de Bercy in PARIS on Sat 20-March-2010.  This musical extravaganza is an annual event in Paris, set up to celebrate the rich links between Breton and Irish culture.

The agency also announces that Cork Irish TRAD group NORTH CREGG has been booked to play at the annual Saint-Patrick’s day concert at the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris on Wednesday 17-March 2010.
